Qualibet Testing Services Corporation (widely known as Qualibet, standing for "Quality is Better") is a premier independent third-party testing laboratory in the Philippines. Founded in 2006 by renowned chemist Pinky Pe Tobiano, the company specializes in comprehensive scientific testing, quality assurance, and safety certifications for food, water, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and veterinary products. To elevate its technical offerings to global standards, Qualibet entered into a strategic joint venture partnership with Bureau Veritas (a world leader in testing, inspection, and certification) and AsureQuality, operating as part of the unified BVAQ network. The laboratory serves micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as well as major conglomerates by helping them comply with rigorous local regulations set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Health (DOH), and Department of Agriculture (DA).
