Nexperia Philippines Inc. is the Philippine manufacturing subsidiary of Nexperia, a global Dutch semiconductor company and dedicated leader in discrete semiconductors, logic devices, and MOSFETs. Nexperia became an independent company in 2017, having been spun off from NXP Semiconductors (formerly Philips Semiconductors), and is headquartered in Nijmegen, Netherlands, with manufacturing operations across Asia, Europe, and the United States employing over 11,000 people worldwide and shipping more than 100 billion units annually. The Philippine facility is located at the Light Industry and Science Park I (LISP I) Special Economic Zone in Barangay Diezmo, Cabuyao, Laguna, occupying the site formerly known as the Philips Semiconductors Philippines plant. The Cabuyao facility manufactures transistors, diodes, and other semiconductor components primarily for export to global markets, with recorded import shipments sourced from the United Kingdom, China, and Malaysia. The company employs approximately 2,400 people in the Philippines and generates approximately USD 209 million in annual sales. Nexperia Philippines is certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
