Delsa Chemicals And Multiproducts, Incorporated
About
Delsa Inc., formerly known as Delsa Chemicals and Multi-Products, Inc., was founded through a joint venture between Filipino entrepreneur Mr. Jesus V. Del Rosario (also known as "Mr. J"), SIIX Corp. and Daikin Industries, Ltd. Initially operating as the Other Product Division (OPD) under Delsa Industrial Corporation, the sole distributor of Daiflon Gas in the Philippines, the company later evolved. In 1980, Delsa Industrial Corp. became Kawasaki Motors Phils. Corp., and OPD spun off to Delsa Chemicals & Multi-Products, Inc. And by January 2017, the company was renamed Delsa, Inc.
Over the years, Delsa expanded its product offerings, moving from can sealing compounds and mold release agents to refrigerants, compressors, and insulation materials. By 1990, Delsa became a key supplier for major manufacturers like Concepcion Industries, Sanyo, and Matsushita, as well as for the after-sales services of automotive giants such as Toyota, Honda, and Mitsubishi. Today, Delsa continues to innovate, shaping industries with its comprehensive product range and trusted partnerships.
