The company is the brainchild of veterans in the field of logistics, international trading, leadership, and management in various disciplines. Initially, these individuals banded together to venture into the trading of petroleum products. After a few years of bulk distribution of diesel, the management team eventually found their niche in asphalt/bitumen. Desiring to fully engage in the asphalt business, they created and registered a fresh entity, DelphiOil Corp. in 2012.

As part of its expansion, growth, and advancement, the company pursued the production of Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) in 2016 where we happened to be the only existing local manufacturer. This strategic shift enabled the company to lead and be aligned with the global ‘best practices’ in asphalt pavement. Today, it is engaged in supply and technical assistance in asphalt pavement construction in the national and international setting.
