About

EasyCall Communications Philippines, Inc. (ECP) was originally registered under the name of Francisco N. Cervantes, Inc. on September 25, 1989 as a telecommunications company. The Company initially engaged in the paging industry and later evolved to engage in contact center outsourcing business, information technology-related business and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) managed business. In 1992, the Company changed its name to the present one and listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Since the shutdown of the paging business in 2002 brought about by the rise of short messaging services offered by cellular phone companies, the Company shifted to the contact center outsourcing and information technology-related businesses. The Company's services include corporate DSL resellership, direct internet services, data connectivity managed services through VSAT, and various technology services and solutions.

ECP has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Easynet Communications Philippines, Inc., which is engaged in information technology (IT) services; and Transnational E-Business Solutions Inc., which provides IT services including software development, software-as-a-service, and IT outsourcing.
