The Company's services are divided into systems integration, programming and customization, consultancy, and gaming development. An integral part of DFNN's services is to help firms integrate technology, processes, and people while they focus on their core business and their customers. The Company's software products comprise of an electronic payment gateway system and an online remittance system.

DFNN's subsidiaries include Inter-active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, Inc.; iWave, Inc.; PGI Systems PTE Ltd.; DCG, Inc.; and Lucky U, Inc.
