Villar Land Holdings, Corp. (VLC), formerly Golden MV Holdings, Inc. (HVN), was incorporated on November 16, 1982 and is mainly engaged in the development and sale of memorial lots across various parts of the Philippines. The Company likewise develops, constructs, and operates columbarium facilities. On April 15, 2025, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in the Company's corporate name to its present one.
In line with its growth strategy, VLC acquired Althorp Land Holdings, Inc., Chalgrove Properties, Inc., and Los Valores Corporation in 2024, which collectively own 366 hectares of prime land within Villar City.
Building on its core operations, the Company's deathcare business operates under the "Golden Haven" brand and currently has more than 30 developments nationwide. VLC also has eight columbarium facilities with a total of 33,172 vaults across the country, including the 20,000-vault columbarium located beneath the Sanctuario de San Ezekiel Moreno, a chapel constructed by the Company along C5 Road, Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas. Additionally, it has introduced pet crematorium projects in Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Las Piñas, and also offers memorial chapel services in Las Piñas.
For its residential development business, VLC operates through its subsidiary, Bria Homes, Inc. As of 2024, Bria has more than 50 projects in top municipalities across the country.
