Primex Corporation (PRMX) was incorporated on July 17, 1986 with the primary purpose of engaging in real estate development. PRMX is authorized to engage in the real estate business in all its aspects, to purchase, lease, or in any matter dispose of or deal with lands and other real property and any interest therein.
PRMX's completed projects include two high-end residential projects namely, Goldendale Village located in Malabon and The Richdale situated along Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City. The Company also completed the development of Goldendale II and Tresor Residences, which are also located in Malabon City.
On January 17, 2018, the Company acquired Primex Realty Corporation as its wholly-owned subsidiary.
