Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) was incorporated on July 29, 2004 to primarily engage in real estate development and marketing, focusing initially on high-end residential condominiums within the Manila area.
The Company traces its roots to Anchor Properties Corporation (APC), which was incorporated on July 15, 2003. APC commenced commercial operations on April 30, 2004, simultaneously with the start of the construction of its Lee Tower project. On December 13, 2006, the Board and stockholders of ALHI approved the merger with APC, establishing ALHI as the surviving entity. Both companies are substantially under common control, and the merger of the two companies was done to consolidate their real estate projects under one group.
ALHI¿s real estate projects extend across key districts such as Binondo, Roxas Boulevard, Bay City Manila, and Davao City. As part of the Company's full-line approach to emerging markets and wellness tourism, ALHI is expanding into hospitality through its Savea Condotel segment and the establishment of Admiral Hospitality Management, Inc., its dedicated hospitality group.
The Company's key operating subsidiaries are Anchor Properties Corporation; Posh Properties Development Corporation; Gotamco Realty Investment Corporation; Nusantara Holdings, Inc.; Admiral Realty Company, Inc.; Momentum Properties Management Corporation; 1080 Soler Corp.; Basiclink Equity Investment Corp.; and Anchor Land Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
