Corinthian Commercial's first project was a six-hectare lot in Cupang, Muntinlupa that was originally designed for warehousing services. It has since been expanded and declared a Philippine Economic Zoning Authority (PEZA) zone. From originally servicing warehouse needs, we have moved on to residential development, such as the Corinthian Homes in Sta. Rosa which is slated to be finished in 2008. It's a high-end residential subdivision complete with a clubhouse, sports facilities and even a day care center. And from developing only high-end residential projects, Corinthian Commercial Corporation is now into socialized housing.
