Coogee is derived from a famous beach resort in Sydney, Australia wherein the President, Mr. Vicente Teodosio was captured by its beauty. Coogee International Development Inc. was incorporated in August 27, 2010 with only seven (7) people to manage the business consisting of professional engineers with intensive experiences in the field of construction and management. It was the last quarter of 2011 when the company began to bid successfully its first project as subcontractor under Makati Development Corporation, Glorietta 1 and 2 Redevelopment Project. Eventually, in 2012 the company had its break on construction industry, having 72 million as total sales. it was the time that the firm had grown sufficiently to alter from masonry works to structural works for high rise building construction. To date, Coogee has established its name in the construction industry aiming for more projects and to serve clients with superior quality of workmanship with utmost satisfaction.
